The New Mexico MLS encourages any New Mexico Real Estate Licensee to join our statewide MLS.  There are a few requirements first...

• • • The Qualifying Broker (AKA: Principle or Participant) must join first and MUST be a REALTOR member in good standing.

    • The user (AKA: Associate Broker or Subscriber) MUST be a REALTOR member in good standing.

    • All members MUST hold a valid New Mexico Real Estate License

Our annual dues year is July 1 - June 30. Dues are prorated based on the month the service begins through June 30.  Set up fees will apply to all new brokerages and new users.
